Shipping, Payments & Returns

Orders are shipped Monday – Friday and leave us within 48 hours after purchase. Once your order has shipped, your package will usually arrive within a week. Some orders of two or more product lines may ship separately, but you will only be charged shipping once per order.

Custom made screen protectors often have slightly longer lead times, this is based on the design and cut process and the number of protectors needing to be produced. We will let you know expected shipment dates at the point of purchase.

Free Shipping is available to New Zealand addresses with order values over $50 NZD.

New Zealand Deliveries

Our main carrier is Fastway (Aramex New Zealand), some orders ship using DHL Express. If tracking information is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

International Deliveries

Our main carrier for International Deliveries is DHL. If tracking information is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

We strive to keep our stock status up to date at all times. If a product you order is out of stock and unable to be shipped we will contact you and offer store credit or a full refund.

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Orders are charged at the advertised rate in local currency. Orders which ship to New Zealand are charged in $NZD.


At ScreenShield, we strive to offer the best quality products for our customers. If you’re unhappy with your purchase we’ll make it right, we do however have some conditions. We only accept returns if your item is faulty, damaged or is not fit for purpose. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. Your return needs to be the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Please email [email protected] to request a return. We will assign you a return ID number and provide next steps. Valid returns receive a) Replacement unit shipped free OR b) Store Credit to the amount of the unit excluding any shipping. We comply with New Zealand Consumer Law (Consumer Guarantees Act where appropriate.
